I got this recipe many years ago. This is my go to recipe for oven baked chicken thighs. There is something about it that it goes perfect on chicken and is great for that BBQ taste when the weather is not cooperating for outdoor grilling.

| Pantry BBQ Sauce ready to be put on the meat |
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
1 Tbls Cider Vinegar
1 Tbls Soy Sauce
1/4 tsp. Hot Sauce (add more if you like it hot)
1/4 tsp. Ground Ginger
Combine all ingredients and slather over your preferred meat.
